如work life balance，要先知道自己想做改變的是什麼，有什麼方法，不要只是情緒的發言。

職場是用來工作的地方，不是用來交朋友的。可以交到朋友是nice to have but not must to have.

跟老闆談目標，不要只是Yes or No，加but.

Rotation 是好事，不要只是死守一個位置。永遠去挑戰你不會的東西，去申請比你目前工作內容要求更多的工作。要有計畫去申請rotation，五年後的目標是什麼，

Priority 工作要求，積極的去完成top的項目，non-sense 的事情可以應付。
